Our Story
The Cutlery began with a simple conviction: that the best meals start with the finest ingredients, treated with respect and presented without pretense. Our kitchen draws from Hawaii's rich culinary heritage — the bold flavors of Pacific seafood, the sweetness of local produce, the warmth of communal dining.
Every dish on our menu is a reflection of the islands around us. We work directly with local fishermen and farmers, building relationships that ensure each plate carries the character of this place.
